A Nigerian lady has opened up about why a fiancé called off wedding plans after an introduction ceremony.

During the introduction, the fiancee siblings and extended family stopped the groom-to-be, aggressively demanding for money from him.
However, he looked at his fiance to intervene into the situation, but she
smiled.
Eventually, he gave them the money, left the scene, and called off proposed wedding plans.
Additionally, the fiancé emphasized that if financial entitlement and greed were unfolding during the introduction, marrying into such a family would ruin him financially.
